Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the US, is an actress. Her film debut was in Bad Boys (1983). Following that she enrolled in the Bratpack and starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead in her character in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actor and author. Her film debut came with the crime drama film Bad Boys in the early 1980s, for which she was quite appreciated. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred famous actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her role was featured on screen in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama following her initial fame. John Hughes' film, produced by him, was one of the greatest films from high school in history. The film was made for only $1,000,000 but it grossed more than $50 million. While she was doing this her first appearance on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. In April 1980, the show started airing. It was intended for teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other shows in which she has appeared. Recent appearances by Sheedy are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie about a hero where she is a character. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her exceptional performances, which include the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
